How To Connect Smartwatch To Phone?
The first step when you want to connect your smartwatch with your phone is to make sure they are connected via Bluetooth. This ensures communication between the two devices.
Not all phones come with Bluetooth, so if yours doesn’t have this feature, do not worry – most likely, you will be able to add it by purchasing a Bluetooth dongle.
At this point, if you have a Smartwatch in India from the Android Wear family – it usually does not have an interface for pairing with your phone or tablet.
These watches work as wireless input devices for many apps. To be able to use it as a controller, you need to make sure the app is installed on the phone.
To help Bluetooth connection between your smartwatch and your Smartphone, turn on the ‘Show notification’ option in the Android Wear application. This way, you will see a small message about connecting Bluetooth devices whenever it’s off.
Now that your watch is registered in the Android Wear application, it should appear on the list of available devices. Select it to continue with the pairing process. As soon as you connect the two devices, look at your smartwatch and see if there are any notifications waiting for you – perhaps you can use it to reply with a pre-defined message or an emoji.
If you want to make sure the connection is working, run your favorite app on your phone and see if you can control it from your smartwatch (play/pause music, browse through the menu, etc.).
How To Connect Smartwatch To iPhone?
There is only a little variety in the setup process for each device.
When the smartwatch is on, press and hold the power button until you see a series of flashing lights. Confirm that it’s searching for your phone by confirming the code number with your phone.

Open the Bluetooth menu on your smartwatch. This varies depending on the watch, but mine looks like a magnifying glass over a large arrow pointing to the right. Click that, and it should connect automatically with your phone. Mine started beeping, so I knew it was connected!
Now that they are connected, you can send messages or do anything else you would normally do with your smartwatch! You have successfully paired your phone to the wearable device!
This connection is specific to the smartwatch until you disconnect it by following this same process. When connecting a new smartwatch, repeat Steps 1-4 and choose “My Watch” when the watch is searching.
