Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch’s launch date was on January 7, 2022, in the Indian market from the homegrown Indian brand Fire-Boltt. This No.1 wearable brand is not new to the smartwatch play. We have reviewed many smartwatches from the Fire-Boltt brand, but there is something more particular about the Ninja 2 than its predecessors.

Design
Starting with the design, the Fire-Boltt brand has spent enough time creating a good exterior. I can feel how well the build quality is on the very first time when I pick Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch up on my hands. The square-shaped body is slightly curved at the corners, and you can trace that the bezels are huge. After using Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 for two weeks, I felt only okay with the exterior part but felt very comfortable.

The Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch comes with a small 1.3-inch full HD touch screen, and the brand fails to impress here. The capacitive touches, scrolls, and swipe gestures during our testing responded well. From my point of view, here, the UI is in an outdated model and needs improvement.
Moreover, the standard resolution of about 240 * 240 pixels is decent. But personally, I am not so satisfied with the brightness of this watch. Everything was okay when I checked messages indoors. But when I stepped out of home, I felt it a little bit difficult to read the complete message as the screen becomes dim when under direct sunlight. If you are looking for indoor workouts or a person who does not travel much, this may not be a problem.
The multiple watch faces are an impressive feature of the Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch. Honestly, I used to change the watch’s face daily according to the mood and the outfit I wore. The Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch is a perfect companion for all fitness freaks, loaded with a bundle of health-related features. Above all, let me say about the most beneficial feature, sleep monitoring. Most of us today get many health issues mainly because of improper sleep. But when I started using this sleep monitoring feature, it helped me stay aware of the amount of sleep I take each day. Also, Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch tracks my sleep pattern for 7 days, reminding me to take adequate rest if I do not sleep for 7 hours a day.
Another remarkable feature of Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 is meditative breathing. When I tried this mode, it reminded me to take a deep breath when I took too long to breathe. After trying it for 2 days, I found it really useful as I have started reducing my anxiety level.
Furthermore, there are also other features like heart rate monitoring, SpO2 monitoring, inbuilt games, weather updates, menstrual reminders, stopwatch, and smart notifications. If you are a person who does not love to play games on watches like me, then this is not your concern. However, when I tested Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch, I could play quickly, and the interface lags a bit when you hit it very hard.
To explain about smart notifications, there are no issues, and it works absolutely stunning. When I was riding my cycle, the Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 notified me about a WhatsApp message, and I could read it thoroughly even from the smartwatch screen. Also, when I called my friend using Bluetooth 5.0, the voice was so clear, and there were no signal errors.
What I felt happier about with Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch is the multiple sports modes (like golf, cycling, kabbadi, running, yoga, cricket, etc.) which help me track every activity I do in a full day. When I tested this with my skipping training, it gave accurate results, the same as that of manual counting.

Moving to the battery life, the brand claims a standby time of about 25 days. After a week of usage, when we tested the battery life with the Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch, we noticed a fair time of about 5 days. But when you minimize the tracking features and decrease the brightness, you may get upto 7 days. However, I can assure you that you need not want to carry the magnetic charging cable when you step out for 2 to 3 days of holidays.

Comparing these two smartwatches, the Noise Pulse smartwatch includes a 1.4-inch display, 8 sports modes, 10-day battery. At the same time, the Ninja 2 comes with 30 sports modes, a 1.3-inch display, 7-day battery. The choice is yours! If you are a sports person, you can go with more modes, or you can choose Noise Pulse if you need battery power.
Should You Buy This Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 Smartwatch?
At the price segment of Rs. 1799, the smartwatch is much more affordable as well as comfortable. One point that I would suggest going for this smartwatch is the sports modes. Yes, this Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 has a better number of 30 sports modes, whereas most of the watches on this list have only 10 or 12.
The Fire-Boltt Ninja 2 smartwatch has a high-class design, build quality, good brightness for the price range, and beneficial tracking features. At last, I can say that the brand Fire-Boltt has taken some appreciable steps towards this smartwatch to make it a success!
