If you are looking for the best tablet under 15000 in India in 2021, then you are at the right place. As I have compiled the best tablet under 15000 with a lot of research from several articles and eCommerce website reviews.

Best Tablet Under 15000 In India

1. Lenovo M10 FHD Plus Tablet

In my personal view, the Lenovo M10 FHD Plus is the best tablet under 15000 in India 2021.  This tablet provides a lot of functionality and features for a low price. Lenovo has done an excellent job of integrating the in-demand features into this tablet.

The M10 FHD Plus features a 10.3 inch IPS display with a 1900×1200 resolution. The display is pretty basic, but 1080p HD resolution provides sharp images. The tablet has thin bezels and a rather basic design while keeping practicality. The tablet has a metal finish, but some plastic bits are present on the top and bottom. The design is robust and feels premium. The use of metal enhances the solid feel of the tablet.

The M10 FHD Plus has a Mediatek P22T processor with a base clock speed of 1.8 GHz with eight cores. This processor is decent for everyday tasks. This is the 2GB/32GB variant which is low compared to other devices at this price range. 32 GB internal storage is meager, and you will have trouble using it without extra storage.

The tablet features a stereo setup with a pair of microphones with Dolby Atmos certification. The tablet features an 8 MP rear camera that does not have much detail and noise. Video quality on this camera is usable, but cameras in tablets have low quality in most cases. The M10 FHD Plus features a 5000 mAh battery with a standby time of 8 hours. While using the tablet at maximum brightness, PCMark indicated a time of only 4 hours.

Taking everything into consideration, the Lenovo M10 FHD Plus is an excellent choice at this price range. The tablet provides all the required features in a complete package.

2. Samsung Galaxy A 10.1 Inch Tablet

The Samsung Galaxy Tab A has been the premium tablet under this 15000 price range in India. The new Tab A features a 10.1 with an aspect ratio of 16:10. It has smaller bezels, but they are noticeable.

It has an IPS display with good wide viewing angles, and the screen is visible under direct sunlight. The pixel density is decent at 224 PPI, and a 10.1-inch display at full HD always looks great. The Tab A finally gets a metal body that looks and feels premium. Tab A has a thin body at 7.5 mm, and it is much lighter than other tablets at 460 grams. You don’t get cellular capability in this variant, but it has Wifi 5.0.

Tab A features Samsung’s own Exynos 7904 octa-core processor. This processor has two 1.8 GHz cores and six 1.6 GHz cores with a boost clock speed of 2.2 GHz in the first two cores.

This variant has 2 GB of RAM, which is usable, but you should get the higher variant if you want to play games. Games like PUBG Mobile are playable at about 35 FPS in balanced settings, and minor stutters are present at HD quality. The 2 GB RAM is a drawback if you multitask often.

Samsung has provided the Android 9.0 Pie with its own One UI in this tablet. The Samsung Tab A has widevine Level 1, which means you can stream HD content on Netflix. The Tab A has a battery of 6150 mAH that can last up to 10 hours and 30 minutes. During heavy tasks, the battery life deteriorates at a much faster rate, and you only get a couple of hours. Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 provides a complete package with good speakers and an excellent display. You get pretty decent performance at this price, and the battery life is also good. This tablet is great for everyday tasks, although 2 GB RAM is not enough for smooth multitasking.

3. Huawei Mediapad T5 Tablet

The Huawei Mediapad from Huawei is the recent addition to our best tablet under the 15000 list in 2021. The Huawei Mediapad T5 delivers a similar experience to users as is expected from Huawei. The Mediapad T5 features a metal body as its predecessor, and the design looks great. The metal body does give a premium look, and it has a robust design. It does not have USB-C, and you have to get by with Micro-USB.

There are dual speakers on this tablet, but both of them are present at the bottom. You get decent speakers for content streaming and basic music playback. It also has a 5 MP rear camera which is less than what the competition offers, but you get decent image quality. The 2 MP front camera is undoubtedly bad but good enough for video chats.

You get a 10.1 inch Full HD IPS panel with lamination. This means you get sharper images and great viewing angles. The pixel density is low, but a 10.1-inch display at Full HD is great-looking.

The tablet features Huawei’s own Kirin 659 processor with 3 GB of RAM that pairs up to give a good performance. You get an Antutu score of over 86000, which is much better than older tablets. You also get a good battery life of over 10 hours on a single charge with its 5100 mAH battery.

Huawei Mediapad T5 is a relatively old tablet but provides a great experience to its users. You get a tablet with a good display, great speakers, and decent battery life. All this makes Mediapad T5 an excellent choice at this price range.

4. Lenovo M8 2nd Generation Tablet

The Lenovo Tab M8 is the cheapest tablet under this 30000 in India 2021 list but has some punch. The M8 is an entry-level tablet with a pure Android experience.

The Tab M8 comes with a metallic body, and you get thinner bezels on the front. Tab M8 comes with a Micro-USB charging port which is a downgrade to Type-C  USB. The Tab is lighter than others in its segment, and you get a thin body.

The Tab M8 features an 8 inch HD IPS display. Although the resolution is worse than other tablets on this list, you get a decent watching experience. The M8 has a single speaker at the bottom, which is quite loud. These speakers are good enough for YouTube, but the placement is a disadvantage.

This tablet has a 5 MP rear camera with HD quality video, but the image quality is poor. There is also a 2 MP front camera with facial recognition. You can make video calls, but other than that, the cameras are inferior. The facial recognition is buggy and takes a lot of time to unlock the phone.

Lenovo Tab M8 has a MediaTek A22 quad-core processor with a base clock speed of 2 GHz, but it runs on a slower 16nm architecture. This is the 2 GB RAM variant with 32 GB of storage. At the same time, 2 GB RAM is not enough but adequate at this price. You have an expandable storage of up to 256 GB.

Tab M8 handles all the essential tasks with effectiveness. Although playing games like PUBG is not ideal and you will experience stutters. Lenovo Tab M8 is excellent considering the low price. If you are looking for a basic tablet with all the essential features, this is a perfect choice. Lenovo has done a great job of bringing together all this in a complete package. This tablet also has cellular capabilities with 4G LTE and VoLTE support.

5. Samsung Galaxy A 8 Inch Tablet

Samsung Galaxy Tab A 8 inch is the budget tablet option under 30k for the higher Tab A 10 inch. Samsung advertises this tablet as a small and convenient tablet that you can carry anywhere. The design and feel on this Tab are pretty sturdy, but plastic gives a cheap look. The Tab A 8-inch resembles the Apple iPad Mini in many ways, but inexpensive materials are evident.

This tablet has a slim design, and it is light at only 347 grams. The 8-inch display allows you to hold it in one hand with ease. The tablet has an aluminum six-month back with a plastic frame.

It features a 1280×800 TFT panel with an aspect ratio of 16:10. The TFT panel is a downgrade, and it is hard to view under direct sunlight. It has smaller bezels that give you a good viewing experience. You also get a six-month Youtube premium subscription to have an ad-free experience on Youtube. The Tab A features a dual speaker setup, but the audio quality is not up to mark. Although the speakers are loud, the bass is low. The audio quality is adequate for watching videos on youtube.

This tablet has a Snapdragon 429 processor with four cores and four threads. This is the first 12 nm processor from Snapdragon and has Adreno 504 graphics. The performance is good for basic everyday tasks, but 2 GB RAM limits the processor. Doing heavy tasks or playing high-end games is difficult, and you will face stutters.

There is an 8 MP rear camera and a 2 MP front camera suitable for video recording but lacks detail. It also has the OneUI from Samsung that provides some extra features. This tablet has a battery life of up to 10 hours with 5100 mAH. This tablet is a great choice but considering all the features. It is overpriced. Tab A serves its purpose of being a small yet useful tablet.
